Laura Álvarez changed the vision of her profession by being the mother of her two children. Since then she became interested in breastfeeding and positive parenting.
He graduated with a medical degree specializing in pediatrics in 2012. His passion for nutrition led him to pursue gastroenterology and child nutrition during his residency and master's degree in pediatric nutrition.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, Laura has decided to create an Instagram account and a blog, in order to provide families with information on paediatrics, parenting and motherhood.
Together with her husband, @chefbosquet, they have published "Ready, ready, yum!", a book, with the aim of making known everything you need about child food and nutrition.
Today the profile of the pediatrician Laura has grown a lot and has become a benchmark in networks.
