Sometimes, great projects are born by chance. This is what happened to Clara Díez, founder of Formaje, who found her true vocation almost by accident. Although her training in Audiovisual Communication initially distanced her from the world of gastronomy, a professional break after returning from London led her to work alongside a cheesemaker in Valladolid. It was then that she discovered an unknown universe: that of artisan cheesemaking and small producers.
This encounter with cheese transformed her personal and professional path, giving rise to Formaje, a proposal that not only celebrates the product itself, but also dignifies everything that lies behind it: the time, the territory, the know-how. Clara doesn't just sell cheeses; she shares stories, defends sustainability and revalues an ancestral craft with a contemporary and carefully curated approach.
