Bio

María Rosenfeldt (Madrid, 1990) is a creative director, multidisciplinary artist, and founder of Heridadegato, an ethical fashion label that, for over a decade, combined design, sustainability, and aesthetic experimentation through ready-to-wear collections, one-of-a-kind pieces, and performance collaborations.

Trained in classical music, she studied the harp before fully immersing herself in the world of fashion, where she developed her own visual language shaped by symbolic storytelling, the body as a form of expression, and the dialogue between the material and the emotional.
For more than fifteen years, María has maintained a consistent yoga practice, a discipline that has profoundly influenced her worldview and creative process. She is trained as a yoga teacher and continues her studies during her travels to India, integrating this introspective dimension into the way she lives and creates. For a period of time, she ran a yoga centre and organised several retreats focused on wellbeing and a deeper connection with life.

As the daughter of iconic photographer Ouka Leele, María has taken on the sensitive task of preserving her mother’s artistic legacy. This commitment led to the creation of the Ouka Leele Foundation, through which she promotes cultural projects to keep her mother’s work and ideas alive.

Today, she combines her work as a creative director, artist, and cultural manager with an active presence on social media, where she shares her visual universe and her ideas around art, conscious fashion, and more connected ways of living.
